When you deal with Charmaine regarding a real estate sale or purchase, you don’t receive the typical responses that you most often hear from a realtor. She is definitely not a “yes” person! My wife, kids and I are probably a couple years away from potentially selling our current home, but we won’t have to look far for a realtor that we trust, as Charmaine will definitely be our choice!
